This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Jacqueline D. Hamilton, dba Indigo Storm Designs ("Indigo Storm"). Please read this license agreement carefully because it defines what you may do with the images in this archive ("Images"). The use and reproduction of the Images is subject to all terms and conditions of this license agreement listed below. License Agreement
- License. The Images in this archive are owned and copyrighted by Indigo Storm. Subject to the limitations in this Agreement, the Images are licensed to you by Indigo Storm. You have a license to use the Images and any derivatives or copies thereof, and to reproduce, distribute, publicly display (via the World Wide Web or other electronic medium) the Images or derivative works created therefrom, provided that a) you do not upload images to an anonymous ftp site or otherwise attempt to redistribute Images, b) you do not incorporate these Images into a product that competes directly with this product. This includes, but is not limited to, any collection of Web art or clip-art, whether sold or distributed free of charge.
- Warranties. Indigo Storm makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, with respect to these Images, including their quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Indigo Storm be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Images.
- U.S. Government Restricted Rights. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 52.227-7013.
